Refund policy

Because our products are crafted with meticulous hand-precision, we maintain a strictly regulated return and exchange framework to maintain quality integrity.

Guidelines for a Valid Return & Exchange:

  • Time Window: Any request for a return or exchange must be formally registered on our Return Center portal within 3 days of order delivery.
  • Mandatory Video Proof: To safeguard against transit discrepancies, an unaltered unboxing/opening video is strictly mandatory for a request to be validated. In the absence of video evidence, requests cannot be processed.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Returns or exchanges are accepted exclusively if the customer receives a wrong product, incorrect size, or an authentic manufacturing defect.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unaltered, unspoiled, and with all luxury tags, seal wires, and original packaging entirely intact.
  • Value Threshold Alert: Products priced above ₹10,000 are structurally excluded from refunds; they are eligible for Exchange Only or store credit issuance.
  • Credit Notes: In instances where an exchange fabric is unavailable, a Digital Credit Note will be generated to your account within 7–10 working days. Credit notes are non-transferable, valid for 6 months only, and can be redeemed across our website or physical store.
  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted strictly within 24 hours of order placement or until the status changes to "Processing/Shipped"—whichever occurs earlier.
